This is a magazine committed to letting St. Peter Academy students express themselves with artwork, cartoons, articles, essays, or fictional writing.

Where we are now
Julian Fontenot started The Panther in October 2017 when he was in 7th grade. He wanted to find a way for students to be able to express themselves creatively. "The more people express themselves, the more they are understood as a person," wrote Julian in the first edition of The Panther. With the help of teacher and adviser Judi Agnew, the founding editor has worked passionately to put together this magazine.
The first edition of The Panther came out in December of 2017. A total of twenty-one students submitted artwork and articles for the Blue Ribbon Edition, celebrating St. Peter Academy's recently being awarded a Blue Ribbon school. The second issue was published in May 2018, featuring the successful cutest pet contest it held.
